The College has introduced remedial coaching classes for weak ST/SC student in the year 2006-07. For this, UGC has sanctioned RS 725000. First time for eight subjects coaching was given to 140 students. In future the college has planned to include all the subjects under remedial coaching. There is a separate department for this section. As per time table the classes are conducted.
This section has its own computer with printer, a photocopy machine, inverter and a multimedia projector. The library of remedial section has good collection of books. There are around 750 books specially purchased for ST/SC students.
